A finished website for , fifteen pages at most: a home page, an about page, a contact page, and a page for each service you sell, up to twelve services. If you sell more than twelve, you tell us on the recorded call which twelve get their own page, and the others are named on the site without a page of their own. Fifteen pages is what gets built. More pages are separate work, covered in section 6.

We write every word and choose every picture. We build it from what you tell us on one recorded Zoom call, from what your business already shows in public, and from photographs we take or license. Nothing on the site will say a price or make a claim about your business unless you told us it was true.

We will never put a made-up photograph of a real person on your site. If we do not have a photograph of someone yet, their name and title go up without a picture, and the picture goes in when it arrives.

3What "finished" means on day seven

Every one of these is true, or the site is not finished:

• Every page exists and opens.
• No page says "coming soon," "TBD," or has filler text. Every word is real, written English you can read.
• No broken images. Every picture slot has a real photograph or a deliberate graphic in it.
• Your phone number and address are on the site and correct, and the phone number can be tapped to call from a phone.
• Your hours are on the site as you gave them to us. If you have not told us your hours, the site says "Call for today's hours" until you do.
• The contact form works. We send a test message through it and show you where it arrived.
• It works on a phone. No sideways scrolling, no text running off the screen.
• It loads over a secure connection with no browser warning.
• Every link on the site goes somewhere real.

4Where it is live on day seven

That depends on one thing, and it is the one thing we need from you.

Today we ask you for the login to your website hosting and to the company your web address is registered with. You have until day seven to give it to us.

• If we have those logins by day seven: the site is live at your own web address.
• If we do not: the site is finished and live at a link we own, which you can open, send to anyone, and use. The day your logins arrive, we move it to your own web address within two business days, at no charge.

Either way the site is built and working on day seven. That is what you paid for, and that is what we are on the hook for.

5If we are late

Three things we do not pay for, because none of them is ours:

• Your logins arriving late. Section 4 already covers that: the site is finished on time either way.
• You asking us to wait. If you tell us to stop or wait, the clock stops for as many days as you take, and starts again when you say go.
• You changing what you asked for after the recorded call. We will make the change and still aim for day seven, but this payment no longer applies.

6The thirty days after launch

For thirty days from the day the site is finished, send us changes and we put each one in within two business days, at no charge, up to 30 changes. Each item you send us, such as one photograph, one price or one paragraph, counts as one change.

Anything on the "This is separate work" list, we price before we touch it, and you decide. Nothing on this page obligates you to buy it.

7What we need from you, and when

• Today: payment, and a phone number to reach you on.
• The recorded call, within 14 days: one Zoom call, one to two hours, recorded, so we can write your site in your own words. We give you a choice of days and you pick the one you want. The sooner you take it, the sooner your site is live, because the seven days start on the day of that call. If it has not happened by day 14, we start the seven days anyway and build the site from what your business already shows in public, with no prices and no staff biographies on it, and you can add them in the thirty days after launch.
• By day seven: the login to your hosting, and the login to the company your web address is registered with.
• On day five: we send you the whole site on one link with two buttons. Press one if you want it live on day seven. Press the other if you want us to wait. If you press nothing, it goes live on day seven exactly as you saw it. Pressing nothing approves the launch and nothing else. Any price, hour or claim about your business that you have not told us is true is never on the site in the first place.

That is the whole list. You do not fill out a form, write anything, gather photographs, or answer a stack of emails.

8Plain terms

• Website leads go to until you tell us to send them somewhere else.
• Your hosting and your web address stay in your name, on your own account, paid by you. They are never in our name.
• When the site is finished and paid for, it is yours.
• Prices, hours, and any claim about what your business does only go on the site after you say they are true. Silence is never a yes on those.
• If your logins never arrive, we keep the site live at our link for 90 days from the day it is finished, and we pay for that. After those 90 days the job is closed, we no longer promise to keep it at our link, and moving it later is separate work we will price for you then.
• Keeping the site running after launch, hosting fees, and anything you buy from another company are yours, not ours.

9The phone, if you bought 7-Day Site Plus

Skip this section if you bought 7-Day Site on its own.

Your phone gets answered by a voice that takes the call, finds out what the person wants, and writes it down for you. It answers every call, at any hour, and never puts anyone on hold.

It is live on day seven, the same day as your site. If it is not, section 5 applies: 25% of what you paid, our profit on the job, one time. That is paid once for the whole purchase, whether the site, the phone, or both are late.

Three months of the service are included in the $9,997. From month four it is $497 a month, charged every three months in advance, $1,491 each time, until you tell us to stop. You can pay for a year at once for $4,970.

Telling callers they are recorded is your decision. Calls are recorded so we can keep improving the script. Tell us whether the voice says so at the start of each call, and we set it either way. Following the call-recording laws that apply to you and your callers is your responsibility.

• 400 minutes a month are included. That is roughly 130 calls.
• Past 400 minutes it is a penny a second. A 30-second call costs 30 cents. A two-minute call costs $1.20.
• We count the seconds. We never round a call up to the next minute. Most services do, and it is why their bills come in higher than their prices.
